Cancellation Policy


Booking Changes and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be amended or cancelled online up to 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Please contact Sarah Daglish directly if you need to cancel after this time.

Cancellation Fees:

  • If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a charge of 50% of the total booked service will apply.
  • No-shows, where the client does not attend the appointment without prior notice, will be charged at 75% of the total services.

Late Arrivals:

  • If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the following policy will apply:
  • The full-service price will be charged.
  • However, the service carried out may be shortened or not carried out at all due to time constraints.

Allergy Alert Tests (AAT):

  • It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure your AAT is up to date, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your service but you will still be charged.
